Citizen letter – Nebbi

I was sick and went to the health center, they carryout malaria test on me and found me malaria positive and wrote for me drags for treatment. They told me the drags are over at the facility and that I should go and by at private facility. But what didn't go well for me is that, in their register they wrote that they have given me drags and yet I was sent to go and buy at the private clinic, this was unfair for me. But when I talked to the nurse about that, she told me they do record that to give report to the ministry on some of the services rendered but there is where they indicate referrals.
