Citizen Letters is a new initiative by Evidence and Methods Lab (EML) that enables citizens to write letters to their leaders on issues affecting their lives, blending traditional communication with modern civic technology. Citizen Letters sits within EML’s #WeShapeGov governance framework, which promotes People Participation Response, and contributes to EML’s broader mission of strengthening open, inclusive, and accountable governance systems.
